The importance of Mobility training

Mobility training is the key to strong and healthy joints. Flexibility is important for optimal muscular performance but we can not neglect the motor control and connective tissue strength while the muscles and joints are operating in their end range of movements. There is no point in having a great range of motion if we can not control the muscles and joint while in that end range. While strength training is great for building strength in the muscles mid range of contraction, your connective tissue is underdeveloped which is where injuries usually occur. Add mobility training to your routine. Happy Training!

Often times we think of the best fat loss strategy as endless rigorous cardio an high Intensity training, unfortunately these training methods though good for overall health are not the best for fat loss. Instead try lower intensity cardio and strength training. Lower intensity cardio like brisk walking, stair climbing and cycling will use more fat as fuel rather carbs in the muscle tissue. Strength training will boost metabolism and will burn fat as fuel during the repairing and rebuilding process of the muscles. Happy Training!
